One day, while Reimu was lounging around at a shrine, a messenger came from the Moon City.
Her name was "Reisen" and she said that a leisure facility had been built in the Moon City and she had come to welcome Reimu as a representative of the earth.
At the shrine, Ibaraki Kasen and Mononobe Futo, who are staying there, are fed up with their daily training.
